Peter Lovász graduated from the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava and the University of Economics in Bratislava. He completed a study stay at the Paris – Lodron University in Salzburg and a foreign internship at a law firm in Berlin. Until 2018, he worked in an international law firm focusing on Austrian and German clients. In his practice, he gained valuable experience as a team member working on cross-border legal audits in connection with acquisitions and mergers of multinational corporations. He was the head of the Slovak working group in the preparation of internal audit with a focus on labour and tax law in a multinational petrochemical company. As part of his practice, he provides legal advice to an Austrian holding company in the field of real estate and forestry.

Martina Lovász graduated from the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc. During her studies, she took part in a study stay at the Paris – Lodron University in Salzburg and an intensive Russian language course at the Pushkin Institute in Moscow. She gained foreign experience at the law firm Pfaff-Hofmann & Lee Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Berlin, where she worked for 13 months. Her internship at the Landesgericht für Strafsachen Wien (Vienna Regional Court) has inspired her so much that she has chosen the issue of the lay element in criminal proceedings in Austria and the Czech Republic as the topic of her diploma thesis. Thanks to the focus of her diploma thesis, she received an international scholarship and was allowed to work on her diploma thesis at the University of Vienna (Universität Wien).
Since 2016, she has worked in renowned law firms focusing on Austrian and German clients. She specialized in providing legal services to foreign banks, debt collection, commercial and criminal law. In 2020, she struck out on her own and became independent and focuses on providing legal services to foreign clients in various areas of Czech law.
